Q: How much notice do I need to give for an order?
For retail bouquets at Adaia Flora we offer same day delivery on Monday & Thursday, If order is placed before 12pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday we require 24 hour notice for both delivery or pickup.
For full service wedding flowers we require at least 4 months minimum notice.
Adaia Edit A la carte wedding menu at least 3 weeks pre-order.
Q: What happens if the recipent of the flowers is not home for a bouquet delivery?
If the recipent of the bouquet is not home to recieve the order, we will leave in a shaded spot. If we cannot access the property ie, dogs, gated property, we will call the recipent number. If we cannot contact the recipent we will organise with the sender a re-delivery. (A re-delivery fee will apply.)
Q: Can I add extras like a card, chocolate or a candle to my order?
Yes we have curated add-ons available on the website.
We also offer the service of complimentry note cards in which you can leave your sentiment at the checkout box, we will write the card out and then deliver with your arrangement.
Q :What payment methods do you offer?
Our payments are processed securely through squarespace, with options including major credit cards, Paypal and Afterpay.

Adaia Flora is based in Hamilton, New Zealand and operates from a home studio.
Do you deliver flowers?
Yes we offer local delivery across Hamilton and the wider Waikato area.
